CANCELLATION POLICY

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made after the 24 hour window for any service that doesn’t require a deposit will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. A non-refundable deposit is required for all full set lash appointments, brow laminations and lash lifts in order to secure your booking. This deposit is applied toward your total service balance at the time of your appointment. Appointments rescheduled with more than 24 hours’ notice may transfer the deposit one time to a new appointment date. Cancellations or reschedules made within less than 24 hours of your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. The deposit serves as the cancellation fee. * No additional charges will be applied if the deposit has already been collected. * No-shows will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and full service charge may be required for future bookings. A 15 minute grace period is provided. A valid card is required to be kept on file for all appointments. Your card will only be charged in accordance with the cancellation, no-show, or late policy outlined above.
